• Quality Content: Proofread before submitting, and avoid excessive jargon or all-caps text.

• Citations & Resources: When sharing articles, quotes, or scripture, include proper references or links.

• Engage Thoughtfully: Reply with empathy, ask clarifying questions, and avoid one-word responses.

3. Respectful Communication

• No Harassment: Personal attacks, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks will not be tolerated.

• Constructive Criticism: Frame feedback with kindness—focus on ideas, not individuals.

• Privacy Matters: Never share private messages, personal contact details, or confidential information.

4. Prayer Forum Etiquette (Emerge Africa)

• Sacred Space: Treat all prayer requests with reverence and confidentiality.

• Consent & Boundaries: Ask before sharing someone else’s prayer needs or testimony.

• Positive Support: Offer brief encouragement (“Praying for you!”) or share a relevant scripture.

• Follow-Up: If you commit to praying for someone, check back to see how you can continue to support them.

5. Prohibited Content

• Spam & Self-Promotion: Avoid unsolicited ads or promotional links. Relevant resources are welcome when disclosed.

• Illegal Activities: No discussion of or facilitation for unlawful behavior.

• Sensitive Topics: Graphic content, explicit material, or discussions that violate community decency will be removed.

6. Moderation & Enforcement

• Flagging Posts: Use the “Report” button to alert moderators of any violations.

• Moderation Actions: Depending on severity, posts may be edited, hidden, or removed; repeat offenders may be suspended.

• Appeals: If you believe a decision was unfair, contact our moderation team at SUPPORT MAIL.
